Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize relationships with companies involved in Licensing alliances with MS Pharma Group.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues – provide partners with a single point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
- Manage and coordinate internal stakeholders (Regulatory Affairs/Commercial/Supply Chain).
- Prepare hand-over to Supply Chain team for Launch Preparation.
- Plan, implement and monitor operational activities of alliance, manage performance as per defined corporate/strategic objectives and contractual requirements.
- Manage milestone/royalty payments.
- Negotiate sub-agreements and amendments to contracts.
- Report Alliances status to senior management.
- Feed and maintain contract database.
- Implement and maintain tool for partner management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, Regulatory Affairs experience is a plus.
- Proficient in written, read and spoken English and Arabic.
- Project management and good understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory process.
- Excellent communicator with resilience and ability to interact with internal/external partners at all levels.
- Diplomatic approach to problems, experience in dealing with different cultures.
