Internal Auditor

Dada Group is currently seeking to hire an Internal Auditor to perform various functions in financial, operational, and compliance audit duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Have the capabilities to understand the business risks and perform analytical procedures.
  • Assist in reviewing and enhancing the company's internal control systems, as well as identifying gaps and making necessary recommendations to mitigate risk.
  • Perform and control the full audit cycle under the supervision of the internal audit management.
  • Prepare audit reports related to the scope of the area under audit.
  • Recommend improvements to protect the company's assets.
  • Ensure that the company resources are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist in the implementation and achievement of the company objectives.
  • Assist with counting inventory in accordance with business requirements.
  • Any other related tasks assigned by the Internal Audit Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience of (1-2) years in the field of internal auditing or accounting.
  • High communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • computer skills on MS Office.
  • Have the highest standards of integrity and work ethics.
  • Holding a professional certificate, preferably CIA, is an advantage.

Communication & Social Media Manager

Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice of the brand.
  • Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising.
  • Consult with marketing manager to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises.
  • Coach and assist team members on improving communication skill.
  • Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies.
  • Maintaining relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets.
  • Creating and implementing communication plans to increase market share across all media channels.
  • Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders.
  • Making communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
  • Developing, coordinating and implementing the annual marketing communications editorial calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels and materials for establishing coherent internal and external messaging and brand equity.
  • Retail showroom enhancement.
  • Liaise with HQ for brands for branding and communication.
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
  • Working with marketing company to develop social media marketing campaigns.
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
  • Propose at least 2 ideas per quarter that would support retail and online traffic enhancement.
  • In store BTLs and POPs implementation.
  • Create a marketing dashboard that would measure brand awareness and brand share.
  • Corporate Enhancement strategy planning and implementation.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, social media or any related field.
  • Minimum 7 Years of experience in marketing within the retail sector.

Core Competency Requirements

  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.

  • Ability to multitask and to remain functional under intense pressure.
  • Possess very strong communication skills (English & Arabic), both written and verbal.
  • Possess very strong skills in management and organization.
