The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with at least 1 to 2 years experience.
Candidate should be able to perform daily tasks administrative tasks such as data entry of journals, expenses , bills , sales tax reporting, material costing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tax documents
- Responsible for entry of all APs
- Warehouse inspection, stock takes and auditing of warehouse activities
- Monthly reconciliation of balances with vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience or knowledge in supply chain would be advantage
- Experience in Zoho Books is ideal.
- Should be available for immediate hiring.
