Key Accountabilities:
– Manage the day to day in-house digital paid media process from planning to execution, and reporting for all digital performance-based campaigns.
– Manage the day to day campaign bidding and performance optimization for digital media campaigns against agreed upon KPI’s.
– Create best in class campaigns that focus on driving down CPC, CPA, CPL, CPS and increasing CTR leading to a better ROI.
– Own the digital reporting and analytics process for all digital media campaigns, manage the data integration process for all dashboards, and provide weekly, monthly, performance updates across digital advertising channels.
– Own and manage the digital media budget and spend against target goals and ensure campaigns are created and implemented with maximal media efficiency.
– Create the digital acquisition organization wide templates, workflows, and processes that eliminate blockers and increase productivity and performance.
– Understand cross-functional goals between different business units, and processes to strategically create better alignment in the areas of budgeting, planning, reporting.
– Stay up-to-date with new media trends and techniques, and continuously identify new opportunities to increase the performance of performance-based acquisition campaigns.
– Collaborate with communications teams to develop creative assets and advertising material, and work closely with them on creating efficient briefing and delivery process.
Education & Experience :
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or business information management.
– +5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, specifically for performance[1]based campaigns.
– +3 years of experience in launching social media, SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
– Solid experience in campaign planning and optimization techniques.
– Strong capabilities in planning and managing media budgets, schedules and calendars.
