Al-Ghazal Trading Co. LTD looking to hire a talented and skilled Senior and Junior AP Accountant based in Amman-Jordan with good numerical and digital skills, with the following:
0-5 years of professional experience in accounting preferably experience in HVAC.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or other relevant field.
A strong command of financial system and Microsoft office, ERP, etc.
Duties for the accountant will include:
· Working with supply chain to improve requisition process.
· Improve quality of information on vendor invoices.
· Processing of vendor invoices within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
· Supplier statement reconciliation.
· Preparation of day-to-day payments across the business functions.
· Estimating costs related to shipments
· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
· Participate in the monthly/yearly closings.
· Follow up on the payments for vendors.
· Any other duties assigned by the accounting manager related to the position.
