Negotiate deals and transaction documentsHandle M&A transactions from start to finishConduct timely and credible due diligence reviewsAdvise on and execute restructuringHandle regulatory mattersWork within a wide variety of sectors.Drive business development in your practice area, with excellent relationship building and relationship management
Profile
7+ years PQE.Ideally common law qualifiedBilingual would be an advantage but is not essentialIn-depth knowledge of and experience of corporate transactionsExperience in cross-border transactionsExcellent drafting skills and legal research abilityStrong client-management skillsA keen interest in business development
