Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct Human Resources activities and team, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, talent acquisition and HRIS teams.
- Develop and implement effective organizational and human capital strategies and support initiatives to drive the achievement of business priorities (e.g. employee engagement, culture, talent).
- Establish robust talent management processes to ensure a strong and ready bench of future organization leaders.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of performance management program and salary administration, including job descriptions and classification, salary structure and salary increases that mirror the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Guide the work of Human Resources in establishing policies, processes and develop appropriate procedures to implement policies.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive training and leadership development programs.
- Ensure that HRIS and personnel records are effective and meet the needs of the organization.
- Leverage technology to simplify processes, provide dashboards, lower operating costs and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Develop comprehensive recruiting, on boarding and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
- Contribute to the design, development and administration of Leadership Development Programs by working with key leadership to develop the bench strength of their organizations.
- Lead the annual Organizational and Leadership Review process which addresses talent assessment and succession planning.
- Utilize and leverage resources from a global HR shared services model to deliver HR solutions.
- Keep abreast of new laws, regulations, and trends regarding employment and update local Company policies and procedures for compliance.
- Facilitate and administer compensation and bonus programs leveraging the HR Shared Services model that incentivize high performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is Human Resources / Business or any related field, MBA / HR certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 18 years’ experience in HR Management including at least 7 years in a senior level position.
- Language Proficiency in written, read and spoken English and Arabic, French is a plus.
- Strong HR experience in medium to large size organizations.
- Leading an HR team within a matrix environment.
- Expertise in driving a positive culture and maintaining strong corporate values.
