Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Human Resources activities and team, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, talent acquisition and HRIS teams.
  2. Develop and implement effective organizational and human capital strategies and support initiatives to drive the achievement of business priorities (e.g. employee engagement, culture, talent).
  3. Establish robust talent management processes to ensure a strong and ready bench of future organization leaders.
  4. Oversee the development and maintenance of performance management program and salary administration, including job descriptions and classification, salary structure and salary increases that mirror the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
  5. Guide the work of Human Resources in establishing policies, processes and develop appropriate procedures to implement policies.
  6. Oversee the development of comprehensive training and leadership development programs.
  7. Ensure that HRIS and personnel records are effective and meet the needs of the organization.
  8. Leverage technology to simplify processes, provide dashboards, lower operating costs and enhance operational efficiencies.
  9. Develop comprehensive recruiting, on boarding and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
  10. Contribute to the design, development and administration of Leadership Development Programs by working with key leadership to develop the bench strength of their organizations.
  11. Lead the annual Organizational and Leadership Review process which addresses talent assessment and succession planning.
  12. Utilize and leverage resources from a global HR shared services model to deliver HR solutions.
  13. Keep abreast of new laws, regulations, and trends regarding employment and update local Company policies and procedures for compliance.
  14. Facilitate and administer compensation and bonus programs leveraging the HR Shared Services model that incentivize high performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is Human Resources / Business or any related field, MBA / HR certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 18 years’ experience in HR Management including at least 7 years in a senior level position.
  • Language Proficiency in written, read and spoken English and Arabic, French is a plus.
  • Strong HR experience in medium to large size organizations.
  • Leading an HR team within a matrix environment.
  • Expertise in driving a positive culture and maintaining strong corporate values.
