Portal OfficerJob Description and Requirements
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• To ensure high quality relevant content on the bank’s internal and external portals. Improve search engine performance, increasing online visits, engagement and conversion.
• Review content assets, communicate with stakeholders and content owners, identify improvement and create/publish web pages.
• Continually optimize the web content and editorial process efficiency.
• Follow, establish, and contribute to the best practices and know-how of online content and editorial guidelines.
• Monitor site analytics and report to key performance indicators (KPI)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and understanding of Arabic and English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web content, digital marketing, and web analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Good understanding of SEO, QA, UI &UX
• Self-starter, strong planning skills and attention to details.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to turn strategies into impactful actions with simplicity.
• energized by contributing to success and results through collaboration and co-creation
• Experience working with CMS tools .Experience working with Share point is advantage.
• experienced in google products such as search consoles, google Analytics, and google Business.
