Job description:
Requirements:
Responsible for strategic oversight of all transformation product KPIs, planning and operations along with country and regional teams. Lead the execution of strategic station objectives by leading programs and analyze trends of key KPIsOversee and direct the launch of products in new geographies by working closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure optimized planning and execution of the launch eventWork closely with product, digital and other cross functional teams on continuously enhancing products to achieve further integration, optimization and stabilityProblem solving for any issues or roadblocks faced by regional and national teams in day to day operations and provide continuity measures to address issues in the long termDesign and document optimized and customized processes for the integration, adoption and scaling of transformational products
Ideal candidate:
5-10 years of Supply chain, Operations management, Consulting or e-commerce logistics experience in a fast-paced organizationAt least 3 years of relevant experience in the MENA regionMBA or Masters equivalent candidates preferred
Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and support the company’s various systems serving the region of UK, Europe, and North America.Liaise with the organization’s operations, customer service, accounting, and sales departments to provide guidance, training, and support on the different systems and solutions.Work closely with sales and customer account managers to provide the needed solutions for existing and new potential customers.Identify current process change requirements and new processes and communicate with the IT development team to implement those changes on the selected systems. Perform the needed testing to ensure the requirements have been met, and the process is functioning in the correct manner, and communicate the results with the business owners.Directly manage relationships with existing and potential new customers and provide support with the solutions and data integrationsUtilize lean six sigma tools to study current processes, and initiate and manage the needed change throughout the supply chain to improve process efficiencies.Design and implement scheduled performance and operational reports that serve both internal-departmental benefits and external customers.Directly manage the relationship with the warehouse automated systems suppliers and ensure system is functional and maintained at all times. Keep track of maintenance visits and spare parts orders and liaise with accounting department to order missing parts.Conduct quality audits set up by the Aramex corporate team and prepare an action plan and liaise with the concerned team to implement and improve the current process performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business information systems or equivalent.Basic knowledge in Application Programming Interface (API) and related applications (SoapUI or similar)Electronic data interchange (EDI) and FTP/SFTP connection setupsAbility to interpret basics in programming languages including VB.net, and HTMLAdvanced knowledge in Logistics and supply chain operational proceduresKnowledge in Lean six sigma tools and techniques including project management and process flowchartsCertification in Lean Six sigma green belt or higher – PreferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Access, PowerPointAbility to learn, explore, understand, and troubleshoot complex systems and integration setupsAbility to convey knowledge and provide trainingGood communication skillsTeam Player
