Job description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Knowledge of SAP Security, User Authorization, and Administration.
- Hands-on experience on GRC AC modules
- Knowledge of GRC tools related to access controls and monitoring.
- Knowledge of ERP security concepts, including design best practices and appropriate methodologies.
- Thorough understanding of GRC Segregation of Duties (SOD) concepts. generating User and role level SOD reports.
- Analyze the issues related to SAP Security & GRC AC reported by business users through incident tickets and resolve the issues as per the defined SLAs
- Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, perform root cause analysis, and remediate problems.
- SAP Applications access and authorization management.
- Experience in supporting local and global project implementation for SAP Applications security and GRC Access Control (AC).
- Ability to identify and communicate issues and risks to his direct manager or end-user to facilitate timely resolution
- Perform L1 to L3 support for all SAP Applications Security and GRC AC,
- Support external, internal audits, and compliance activities.
- Plan and execute unit and acceptance testing
- Design and document security administration policies and procedures for the production environment.
- Participating in the delivery of in-house training for SAP users.
- Execute project activities according to project plan and Hikma’s quality standards
- Perform Root Cause Analysis of problem tickets and identify opportunities for value enhancement and provide a solution

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in ERP solutions preferred SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP full cycle implementation as well as end-user support
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively interact with others
- Must be results-oriented
- Strong verbal and written English Language skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in ERP solutions preferred SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
