We are a new business center in Khalda, Amman, looking for a professional and well-presented Business Development Manager/assistant to senior manager. Experience in serviced offices is not required however a strong emphasis on customer service and a professional, patient and friendly manner is essential. The role involves: Building strong relationships with Brokers, existing clients and prospective clients. Promoting the company brand. Working to increase building occupancy. Providing a welcoming viewing experience for prospective clients. Providing detailed professional quotes that meet client's needs. Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records Performing minor accounting duties Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Interested candidate please send your cv to lama.khlouf@ccs.com.jo
