Main Functions

  • Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for the DOSM and DOS and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards
  • Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area and file storage system
  • Prepare written correspondence.
  • Handle travel arrangements for DOSM , DOS and Sales Managers.
  • Coordinating internal, external meetings and conference calls as required
  • Responsible for the meeting room booking system
  • Taking minutes of calls and meetings as directed
  • Provides back up support to the Catering team when needed, (signage, Tent Cards, Menu’s etc…)
  • Responsible for Sales & Catering tool in terms of bookings, system audits, groups, etc…)
  • Generating monthly reports for the DOS & DOC.

What To Expect From Your Work Experience…You Will

  • Candidate is required to have 2-5 years of previous management experience in Finance department.
  • Have a working knowledge of all areas in Finance.
