Main Responsibilities:

• Work in an energetic call center environment answering inquiries coming through customer emails, social media or live chat.
• Process customer’s orders and assign to related couriers.
• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses.
• Handle returns or complaints.
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
• Research answers or solutions as needed.
• Help retain customers by answering customer questions and complaints in a helpful and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Arabic with creative writing skills.
• High interpersonal skills, ability to creating positive interactions with customers.
• Strong communication skills to answer customers clearly.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
