Key Accountabilities :
– Handle assigned-to project(s)' budget(s) and liaise with supporting teams on related matters including but not limited to Budget Controlling, Accounting, Supply Chain, Sourcing, etc.
– Process all assigned-to project(s)' financial and supply chain process using Orange Jordan’s systems such as and not limited to Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Supplier Selection Forms (SSFs), Group Investment Committees (GICs), Internal Requisitions (IRs), etc.
– Follow-up and collect needed supporting financial documents, and archive them in an organized manner electronically and physically.
– Report to the Programs Manager upon request on detailed progress of all related projects’ financial components.
– Fill-out contractually-obligated financial reports using donor(s) templates and Orange Jordan templates.
– Collect audit files and participate in related audit sessions internally and externally to fully close loop for checks.
– Provide recommendation for spending of budget, and develop budget addenda if requested.
– Prepare proposals for Donors’ Projects and build Budgets.
– Carry other financial and administrative related tasks as requested by Programs Manager.
Education & Experience :
– Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance fields. preferably CMA, MBA
– Solid experience in financial reporting, modelling, and analysis.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– 4 – 6 years of experience in a business or finance environment.
– Experience in managing donor’s budget is a plus.
