HIjazi & Gohsheh Group is looking to hire “IT Support Specialist”
IT Support Specialist qualifications:
• Provide configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Company’s IT equipment.• Troubleshoot technical issues such as Windows, viruses, Office, or email issues.• Support, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.• Maintain all IT Support Policies and make sure that those policies are enforced.• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.• preferred Experience working in Help Desk systems• Ability to work under pressure.• Creative, analytical and detail-oriented skills.• Have a good command of English language.• Minimum 2 years of IT Support.• A+ certificate is a plus.• Degree in Fields of IT.
