Position:Commercial Officer

We seek an individual with a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar role with strong business and customer service background preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of MS Office products. Intermediate level Excel skills required. Sales quotation background is a plus. Excellent communications, time management and organization skills are essential to success. Strong analytical and data management skills are key. Must be patient, highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
– Coordinate all required information for the preparation of final submittals, including plans, drawings and other documents to both end users and vendors.
– Interpret customer requirements, match products to customer specifications and drawings.
-Ensure quote is technically compatible by communicating with other departments and staff to determine and clarify project requirements.
-Use technical knowledge to prepare quotation packages based on the product content and material type.

Requirements:
-B.Sc in Bio-medical, chemical engineering
-Experiences from 0 up to 2 years
-Excellent in English Language
