Amman Vision Investment and Development is now looking for an Executive / HR Assistant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Diary management.
• Manage demanding diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure the best possible use of time and resolving clashes/conflicts appropriately.
• Ensure executives get to meetings on time with appropriate documentation.
• Handle and screen call for CEO.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business, or any related field.
• Minimum of two years experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent computer skills.
