Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all Supply Chain activities are executed according to Company policies and procedures.
2. Establish performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting Supply Chain.
3. Develop procedures for coordinating work between Supply Chain and other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, Quality Assurance, etc.
4. Lead, develop and implement strategic and operational actions.
5. Target and lead negotiations with suppliers and external entities.
6. Maintain required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
7. Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments through supplier and/or SLA appraisal when applicable.
8. Analyze current procedures and suggest improvements to improve efficiency of Supply Chain, increase profitability for the company and minimize risk.
9. Review and monitor the development of the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) and the Master Production Plan (MPP).
10. Review and update Supply Chain practices in accordance with new or changing policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
11. Assess the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; make recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.
12. Oversee and direct the design and implementation of plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or any related field, CSCP is a plus.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent written, read and spoken English & Arabic.
