About the job
As a Grants and Innovation Assistant Specialist you will be part of a small team who's working with a great mission to influence the advancement of societies by promoting innovation, science, culture, and arts.
If you are:

If You have:
- Good knowledge of entrepreneurship in Jordan and/or Arab region and the challenges facing Arab entrepreneurs.
- Exceptional Arabic & English communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economic or other related field. (Degrees in Innovation and/or entrepreneurship is a plus).
A typical day could involve:
- Support and assist the grants team with all grant-making and grant-management processes.
- Update and maintain database and archiving.
- Conduct internet and basic research necessary for the continuous development and growth of the grants department.
- Follow-up on the grants email account.
- Support the Grants Manager in any activity relevant to Social Innovation and the grants team in any activity relevant to the other AHSF funding programs.
- Prepare monthly progress and performance reports.
- Support the grants team and contribute to the fulfilment of the department’s annual targets and action plan.
- Participate in developing Social Innovation policies, procedures, process templates, guidelines, eligibility and evaluation criteria, KPIs and report on them.
- Attend grant-related events.
