Job Description
– Handle customers’ interactions
– Communicate with customers’ via multiple channels
– Answer all incoming requests and address customers’ problems in a timely manner
– Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor as directed
Skills
The minimum requirements for this position are;
– 6 months to 1 year experience in Customer Service
– Advanced customer service skills
– Experience in solving customers problems
– Candidate must be fluent in English (minimum level B2) and Arabic
– Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening skills) in both languages
-Ability to work alternating shifts; weekends and holidays based on business needs

وصف الوظيفة
– التعامل مع تفاعلات العملاء
– التواصل مع العملاء عبر قنوات متعددة
– الإجابة على جميع الطلبات الواردة ومعالجة مشاكل العملاء في الوقت المناسب
– تصعيد المشاكل أو الاستفسارات غير المحسومة لرئيس الفريق أو المشرف حسب التعليمات
مهارات
الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات لهذا المنصب هي؛
– خبرة من 6 أشهر إلى سنة في خدمة العملاء
– مهارات متقدمة في خدمة العملاء
– خبرة في حل مشاكل العملاء
– يجب أن يجيد المرشح اللغة الإنجليزية (الحد الأدنى المستوى B2) واللغة العربية
– تواصل ممتاز (مهارات كتابية ولفظية واستماع) باللغتين
– القدرة على العمل في نوبات متناوبة؛ عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات بناءً على احتياجات العمل
