Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Provide fast and effective quality IT supports to all system users against agreed Service level agreement and Operational Level Agreement.
- Ensure strict adherence to P&Ps and prompt closure of audit findings.
- Follow Incident Management Process and use the formal Service Management tool.
- Participate in Problem Management process where requested, along with any Service Management Process
- Participate in the development of Service level agreement with concerned parties when requested.
- Participate in the development and updates of the technical Knowledgebase with workarounds and permanent solutions.
- Provide internal clients with advice and recommendations with regards to their IT needs and respective solutions.
- Ensure closure of the audit findings.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field.
Experience:
Up to 5 years of IT service support experience.
Competencies:
- Excellent in English.
- Interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent service culture.
- Good team player.
- Good Documentation Skills.
- Service Management methodologies and best business practices.
Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Continuously track and monitor the ATMs service and take appropriate and immediate corrective actions.
- Reallocate ATMs and ensure all operate well.
- Install new ATMs and activate related systems.
- Ensure functionality of used ATMs and continuity of bank processes in case of contingency.
- Ensure and follow up on issues/findings highlighted in audit reports and participate in setting the audit action plan.
- Compliance performance in line with AB Code of Conducts as well as AB and IT P&P and Local Laws and Regulations.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate degree in IT from a recognized University.
Experience:
- up to 4 years of experience in ATM or electronic channels.
Competencies:
- Good knowledge of English.
- Full knowledge of related P&P.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
