Oil Gaz Trading AG is a new O&G Company in Dubai with potential to scale up quickly. We are young, innovative, collaborative, and focused on growth. We are looking for an ambitious experienced In-House Counsel to join our team!
Job description:
The successful candidate will work for our organization and be involved in all aspects of the business, from drafting contracts to advising on regulatory compliance. You will have a broad range of responsibilities that go beyond traditional legal tasks.

المهارات
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience, working as a legal professional, ideally a minimum of 2 years in the UAE.
· Open to nationality, preference for a Russian speaker.
· Extensive experience within drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and providing legal advice on legal systems.
· Comprehensive knowledge of local laws & regulations.
· Multi-industry experience, preference would be Oil &Gas/Investment background.
