Effective communication skill both written and verbal (English)
-Should be able to work Evening shift( 3 PM – 11 AM )( 5 PM – 1 AM )( 7 PM – 3 AM )
– 40 hours per week-Should be able to work in an office in #Marj_ElHammam-Basic computer skills-Problem solving skills-Must be well organized and a self-starter-Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable-Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.-Following up complicated customer calls where required.-Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
