We are hiring a Platforms Support Engineer with the below requirements:
– A Bachelor's degree with one of the following majors: Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Network Engineering.
– Any background knowledge in the following fields is a plus: Networking, Telephony and Telecommunications platforms, PSTN, VoIP, SQL, Linux, Windows operating systems, and Familiarity with infrastructure scripting solutions.
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Demonstrated ability to translate the business requirements into technical ones.
– A technical mindset with great attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to write technical documentation and detailed support notes.
– 0-3 years of experience in the same or related field.
– CCNA or any other related course is a plus.
