Job Function /Description

Regularly liaise with the Camp Manager to plan implementation in project sites and ensure the overall project timeline is realistic and achievable within the agreed timeframe and make adjustments as needed during implementation.

Facilitate planning and reporting processes together with the Camp Manager.

Actively contribute to the development of monthly work plans in line with the detailed implementation plans. 

Coordinate, provide technical support and proactively engage with livelihoods team at the project sites in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of activities, which may include engagement in direct implementation as well.

With the engagement of the Camp Manager, support and build partner capacity in the area of livelihoods and economic inclusion through training of the staff, mentoring, deployments, and regular technical coaching.

Develop tools for project implementation such as counselling questionnaires, vulnerability criteria development, curriculum documents, mentoring and assessment tools, follow up tool etc.

Prepare and submit regular reports on project activities as required, and maintain programme documentation as required.

Document project reports, project ideas, case stories of change and lessons learnt.

Work closely with communication and reporting focal person and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly data and narrative reports for livelihood component of the project(s) In addition to, contribute in preparing project PPT during the review meetings and donor meetings.

Works closely with M&E team on accurate data collection, strict monitoring and feedback on program implementation and timely weekly and periodic program reporting;

Assist with planning and tracking financial expenditures.

Assist in recruiting the new staff for livelihood component.

Represents BLUMONT independently or together with other colleagues in in relevant Coordination Meetings, Livelihood working group, vocational working group, Home based businesses Task Force, meetings with UNHCR or potential donors, government and international organizations in Za’atari and assigned locations.

Delegate responsibilities, oversee implementation, and support officers to establish and manage projects, monitor performance and conduct performance reviews, and support problem-solving for issues within each project

Organize Admin procedures, including absences, forms, and volunteer stipends, in coordination with HR and Finance teams

Synthesize daily reports and registration/attendance lists with monitoring from the field to ensure full engagement of team, quality of activities, and progress on indicators.

Any other assigned tasks.

Required Education & Experience.

Bachelor degree in economics, human development, business administration, social science, and any other related field

5+ years of demonstrated record of field and operational experience at regional and local level in complex emergencies.

Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Demonstrated record 3 years professional work experience in Livelihood and distributions in a leadership position, and solid understanding of camp dynamics.

Proven ability to manage multi-sectorial programs and a diverse staff.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Site.

Skills Required.

Prior experience working in Camps. Prior experience with refugee population in Jordan. 

Coaching theory and practice.

Volunteer training, development, and recognition. 

Events coordination and planning.

An understanding of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and rules.

Knowledge of emergency procedures, First Aid is preferable

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills across various situations.

Excellent organization, reporting, and information management skills.

Excellent oral communication skills and high professionalism.

Strong computer skills.

Willingness and ability to take on challenging projects.

Active, creative, able to learn quickly.

Flexible and hard-working.

Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Proven self-motivated individual capable of working with diverse teams of both national and international staff as well as local government authorities, UN agencies, I/NGOs and other partners under difficult and stressful conditions.
