Duties and Responsibilities |
|
1. Provide programme development advisory services related to UN Women Resilience and Empowerment programmes a. Provide substantive inputs into countries’ strategy documents, programme/ project proposals, briefs, policy dialogue and other documents related to Oasis Model and prepare substantive inputs to the UN Women country office programme planning; 2. Monitor the implementation and management of the Resilience programme and Oasis Model approach a. Develop and review programme annual work plans to assure compliance with UN Women programme goals and results-based indicators; 3. Oversee technical assistance and capacity development to project/programme partners a. Provide technical advice and capacity building support to staff in the Oasis Model team; 4. Manage the monitoring and reporting for the programme a. Ensure that all programming under the programme is monitored, reviewed and evaluated; 5. Build partnerships, support resource mobilization and manage knowledge building efforts a. Identify, develop and implement resource mobilization opportunities in support of the programme in close coordination with the Partnerships and Advocacy unit; Key Performance Indicators:
