١- بكالوريس كحد أدنى في علم النفس او الإرشاد النفسي او علم الاجتماع
٢- يشترط خبرة عملية في مجال ادارة الحالة لمدة سنتين
٣- مهارات جيدة في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كتابة و محادثة
