The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
Answer telephones, screen calls and take messages from external or internal sources
Attends staff meetings, issue meeting minutes, and manages action item follow up.
Gather, compile, verify & analyze information from different departments, summarize & prepare reports.
Performs business analysis of various key performance indicators of the company and publishes data to all concerned parties.
Plan, organize and schedule workload so these activities are completed accurately and on time
Calendar management for executives
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Moderate social media accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Do all related tasks for Admin job.
Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.
Excellent communications skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Experience on MS Office is a must (Word & Excel)
