Job Responsibilities for the Tour Operator Profession:
• Collaborating with clients to identify their needs and provide appropriate advice.
• Assisting clients in selecting transportation options and travel dates.
• Providing detailed information required by clients.
• Creating attractive and credible tour packages for clients with detailed information.
• Achieving sales goals for the organization.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft skills.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages considered an additional advantage.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in handling Microsoft software.
• Good understanding of local travel trends in Jordan.
• Ability to work within a team and possess exceptional negotiation skills to convince clients.
• Handling customer complaints, issues, and managing refund processes.
• Striving to achieve sales goals and profitability.
• Obtaining a degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
