MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring patients' conditions and progress, and re-evaluating treatments, as necessary.
To assess and treat or admit patients by reviewing and understanding their medical backgrounds and examining them to assess their current condition and health including suspected/ confirmed COVID-19 patients.
Request, perform, interpret and analyze Lab tests (rationally) to diagnose patients' condition. Perform patient physical examination. Analyze test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment.
Assess and examine patients to establish if an advance procedure needed, and prioritize procedures capacity inside the camp vs referrals to outside the camp.
Council patients and their families about disease, prognosis and manage expectations.
Refer patients to other medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary and participate in ambulance escort when needed.
Preparing official health documents or records, when necessary.
Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating and liaising closely with colleagues including specialist doctors, referral doctor, ER doctors, other GP and surgeons.
Provide support and advice to colleagues working in other teams
Accurately recording patient interventions and referrals.
Undertake associated administrative work.
Ensure a rational prescription of medicines from the essential drug list of the camp or provide a medical rational for an exceptional treatment.
Ensure the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material under his/her responsibility and assure general compliance with standing hygiene standards;
When requested, perform training of the medical/paramedical team in order to optimize the quality of care;
Respect and follow the health standard operating procedures (reporting diseases with outbreak nature, HIS reporting, referral procedures, etc.). Ensures professional confidentiality is respected;

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of medicine from a Jordanian University & MOH Licensing.
Minimum one year Experience, Emergency department Experience is preferred.
Experience with an NGO (preferred).
Good in English language, speaking and writing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
He is willing to offer his certificate to obtain MOH clinic license
