One of our clients in Pharmaceutical sector is looking for "Regulatory Affairs Officer" for their offices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bsc. in Pharmacy.
- Proven work experience from 1-2 years.
- Familiarity with the laws of the General Food & Drug Administration.
- Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Own’s a car is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and follow up of import & export transactions and filling the forms of JFDA.
- Billing of invoices and delivery of the special section to the logistics department.
- Follow up the arrival of shipments to the warehouse to determine the operations to be analyzed in the laboratory of drug control and the operations to be submitted for trading.
- Follow up the bills and pay the special fees if necessary, to the JFDA.
- Preparation of analysis and trading transaction and delivery.
- Delivery of refrigerated samples directly to the JFDA Pharmaceutical Control Laboratory.
- Follow up of the results of the laboratory and books of trading.
