The King Hussein Foundation/ Institute For Family Health is looking to recruit a Team Leader - Karak (Fixed Term Project):
Job Purpose:
Leading the team in different districts and coordinate the day-to-day work to achieve the project and IFH proposed targets through planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of activities.
Major Responsibilities:
- Monitoring day to day project activities.
- Planning towards achieving the proposed objectives of IFH and the project.
- Presenting IFH in working groups, task forces and coordination meetings.
- Submitting qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Following up and monitoring the workplan.
- Carry out any other tasks and obligations assigned to you by your line manager that fit within your area of expertise.
Major Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, or any related Field.
- (2-3) years minimum experience of working as a team leader. experience in Rehabilitation field is preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
- Good awareness of the law and regulations of humanitarian and international institutions.
- Good awareness of preparation reports either in English or Arabic.
- Strong communication, team building, and team player skills.
- Ability of working and understanding multicultural environments in which development and community engagement projects operate.
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS word, Excel, etc.).
- Good Awareness of SOPs procedures.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).
