Location
North of Jordan, with frequent travel to Amman.
University degree in Education, sociology, community studies, social sciences, or any other related field.
Relevant Post graduate studies in the field of project planning and management, public administration, gender studies, proposal writing are considered as an advantage.
Practical experience in designing and implementing education projects.
Experience in working/coordinating with institutional education such as universities, and scholarship programs.
Strong experience (4-5 years) working in Education programs in international organization, including experience managing humanitarian programs.
Experience in monitoring and evaluation of education program, and feeding learning into programme design.
Proven Project Management skills including planning and budget tracking capacities.
The ability to think critically and to recommend good solutions to problems.
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to lead a team and being part of a team
Ability to mentor staff to work professionally and verifiably deliver results for project participants
Ability to travel independently throughout Jordan, including to rural communities
Willingness and ability to work extended hours
Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
